Service Description
FairyPay is a B2B provider of soft monetization solutions that sponsor premium app access through user opt-in monetization channels such as sponsored search partnerships and video ads. These solutions help keep premium features available without direct payment from users.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use FairyPay. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent. If you are accessing FairyPay on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.
Use of the Service
- You agree to use FairyPay only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
- You may not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of FairyPay services.
- You may not use automated or abusive methods to access the website or services.
Search Settings and Monetization
If you opt into a FairyPay-powered free license, your app may suggest or perform changes to browser search settings or other monetization preferences to enable sponsored access. You can opt out at any time, which may disable your free license.
Third-Party Services
FairyPay may reference or integrate with third-party services, including search providers and advertising networks. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Partner Agreement
If you are a developer or partner, your relationship with FairyPay is governed by a separate Partner Agreement or IO. These Terms apply to end users and to the FairyPay website.
Partner Applications
Submitting a partner application does not guarantee acceptance. FairyPay may approve or reject applications at its sole discretion.
User Responsibilities
- Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Understand that monetization features may depend on third-party services.
- Maintain control over your own device and settings.
Intellectual Property
All FairyPay branding, content, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of FairyPay or its licensors. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

FairyPay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, specific revenue outcomes, or the availability of third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FairyPay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, including loss of revenue, business interruption, or changes to search settings made with user consent.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you have violated these Terms, caused harm to others, or if required by law. You may stop using FairyPay at any time.
